El otro día reproduje aquí unas canciones-poema francesas que, por un lado son bastante tristes y, por otro lado, no todo el mundo actualmente domina la hermosa lengua francesa (antiguamente era la segunda lengua de muchos catalanes y, sobre todo, de la intelectualidad catalana y universal).

Bueno. Pero ahora tenemos el inglés y, con canciones de Frank Sinatra, se pueden expresar casi todos los sentimientos y vivencias. Desde biográficos o resúmenes de toda una vida cómo "My Way", "It was a very good year" y "All the Way", hasta el amor romántico, cómo "Dancing Cheek to Cheek".

Y si estás enamorado y puedes o quieres decirselo a ella, está la letra de "Fly me to the moon":
